Youth Ministries
Welcome to the University Presbyterian Church’s Youth Ministries.
Journey is the name of the youth ministry at UPC, and it includes grades 7 to 12. The group meets during the 9:45 a.m. Sunday School hour (10:45 a.m. in the summer) in the High School room for worship, fellowship, and Bible study. The purpose of the youth ministry is to offer opportunities for youth to connect with each other, older persons of faith and discipleship, and develop and deepen in their walk with the Lord.
Students who participate in Journey are provided regular occasions to be together at camps, mission trips, social events, and service projects. We meet in homes monthly for meals and worship, prayer, and encouragement.

Sunday, October 14: Parent Meeting 9:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Majesty Theatre
Sunday, October 14: Mini Fall Retreat - 12:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Calvin Crest, Cost: $10
Wednesday, October 31: Trunk-or-Treat Service Opportunity - 5:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at UPC
Saturday, November 10: Lord of the Rings Marathon - 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. in the Majesty Theatre
Sunday, November 25: Thankful Feast - 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Location TBA
Sunday, December 2: Service Project - 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. Location TBA
Sunday, December 9: Christmas Fest & Children's Pageant - 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Great Room
Friday, December 21: Christmas Caroling - 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in the UPC neighborhood
Sunday, December 23: There will not be Sunday School or Youth Group Meetings
